DeFino Real Estate agency brochure designed to walk homebuyers through the process. The interior features a timeline infographic. The brochure was designed to fit inside an oversized folder. Complementary customers thank you cards were also created.
The agency hub sits in the heart of Wyckoff, NJ and is the home of the Fun Facts board. The board is displayed in the office window and see daily by thousands of drivers. A series of print ads were created for the local paper in the spirit of the Fun Facts.
The company increased it’s social media following through a series of clever social media posts and boosted posts promoting new listings and open houses.
